KANDIO is a boutique six room hotel in the heart of Ano Syros, a small town on Syros island. The project revolved mainly on the design of the interior of the two existing buildings as the outer volume and morphology  more or less conform to the formal language of traditional architecture of the island.

The interior is designed with a discrete elegance in mind, in a monochromatic palette with custom furniture and lighting fixtures. 

An extension to the existing structure on the south of the property housing a swimming pool, restaurant and spa are designed as a second phase of the project.
