The refurbishment of this 1960's apartment for a young couple involved its total reconstruction from bottom-up. The original apartment was never fully finished and the interior stood in a very poor condition. New interior arrangements were made, followed by a completely new plumbing, electrical and heating system.

The final outcome is one of modest simplicity and functionality.
