Located in the suburb of Athens, Aixoni, the plot combines the amazing characteristic of being literally the first house in close relation to Ymitos Mountain and at the same time of having an amazing view to the sea and the city of Athens. In that sense the house needs both to be in harmony with the specific climatic conditions and landscape of the mountain but also to be designed in such a way that all rooms can share the amazing view.

The everyday living spaces, living rooms and kitchen, are all in the ground floor, while all the bedrooms are located on the second floor. There is a discreet differentiation between the colour of the two floors, such that the dark ground floor seems to be the base of the structure and the top bright floor seems to float over them.
