The refurbishment of this 1960's apartment in Glyfada involved serious rearrangements of the plan, in particular around the living room areas and the kitchen. The effort has been to give the apartment a new contemporary aesthetic and functionality, keeping nevertheless many of its existing features. In that respect the existing marble and wooden floors have been preserved and became a very important elements of the house. The kitchen and the three bathrooms have had a complete face-lift. Partial interventions have been made in the bedroom areas.
